Booking formalities
Booking request must be sent by letter, fax or e-mail. The acceptance
of a reservation is subject to availability. A reservation will be considered
accepted only after the guest has signed the booking form and has received
a written confirmation of availability from Camping Enfola.
Within 10 days from the date of the reservation acceptance, guests are
required to forward the following deposit:
· € 100,00 for camping site reservations
· 30% of total cost for caravan on rent / bungalow
· € 15,00 for no refundable booking costs

Delays and early departures
In case of arrival delays or early departures, guests are obliged to pay
the full amount of the entire period booked and confirmed. Unless an arrival
delays is properly communicated, caravan on rent and camp sites will be
left to the guests disposal until 12.00 p.m. of the estimated arrival
day.
Cancellation
In case you must cancel your reservation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
if written notice arrives at Camping Enfola at least 45 days before the
booked arrival day. In any case, booking costs will be deducted. No refund
will be given if notice is received later than forementioned term.
